All Residences are built, decorated, furnished and equipped to the highest standards.
The "Princes' Islands" Luxury Residences complex (six Residences) is situated on a small hill side with beautiful uninterrupted views of the Ionian sea. It’s in a peaceful and ever green environment. It’s not far from the beach and it’s an ideal location for visiting the rest of the island and the amazing, famous beaches (Porto Katsiki, Egrimnoi, Agios Nikitas, Kathisma, Gyalos, Mylos, Pefkoulia, Amoussos etc), either by car or with one of many excursions by boats that depart daily from Nidri.
All Residences offer all the comforts and needs for todays visitors. One or two bedrooms and one or two bathrooms depending of the Residence. Indoors and outdoors, lunch and dining places. Air conditioning, television complete with satellite, WiFi, a fire place, dining table and chairs whilst the kitchen is modern fully equipped with a fridge, an electric cooker and oven, a dishwasher with a kettle, a coffee machine, a toaster, all necessary cooking facilities, crockery and cutlery and cups and glasses and what ever else you maybe need.
Two large swimming pools (connected with gardens) with jacuzzi, sun beds and umbrellas, waiting for you to relax.
Our complex (Princes' Islands) has taken its name from the homonymous complex of islets which are situated in front of "Princes' Islands" ( Prinkiponnissia ) and each of the Residences has taken its name from an islet.

These small evergreen islets are known as the Prinkiponnisia (Princes' Islands), the natural sea gulf and its surrounding areas, the green of the mountains that rise up behind the accommodation, the green and deep blue waters on which many small boats and yachts sail, the water sports on the beaches of Nidri and Perigiali, all of these combined make a totally unique area.
You can have a private visit in the islets by small boat that you can rent by the beach or by tour boats that depart daily from Nidri.
